Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and sealed. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetics.

- Return Instructions: We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will resolve the issue and cover return shipping costs.
